Alessandra Pasquino
Originally from Italy, Alessandra began her career in the United States, producing commercials for Sony Pictures Imageworks. She later transitioned into independent filmmaking, where she developed, produced, wrote, and directed documentaries and ethnographic films that explore mental health, culture, and globalization, particularly in developing countries. She has produced award-winning documentaries and collaborated with many celebrated trailblazers, including Oliver Stone, Leonardo Di Caprio, Joan Jett, and Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Her recent projects reflect a deep commitment to social and environmental issues, focusing on prison arts programs, women’s history, rehabilitation, and protecting wildlife and natural habitats. Alessandra is writing and directing her latest documentary, Wild Ones, a feature film highlighting efforts to preserve biodiversity through carnivore protection and fostering coexistence with the wild.

Juliette D. Marquis
Juliette is a Ukrainian-born documentary producer/director/writer on subjects ranging from illegal black-market trade, wildlife conservation, biotechnology, and hackerism. She is a former executive producer and designer for experiential activations for brands such as Apple, ActiVision, W Hotels, and Urban Daddy. Social justice and cultural heritage are important to Marquis, and she is currently in distribution talks on a feature documentary called “Horn Maker” about a man set to disrupt the black-market trade of rhino horn by using biotechnology and in production on a feature film following an Air Force vet volunteer set amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Juliette is the president and founder of Tiaki.org, a technology non-profit organization that connects survivors of sexual violence, and a co-founder of the Mom, I See War Museum, showcasing art made by children trapped during an armed conflict.

Annie Tucker
Dr. Annie Tucker is a writer and educator. She holds a Ph.D. in Culture and Performance, focusing on creating culturally appropriate arts-based programming to educate and integrate diverse communities. For two decades, Tucker has created interdisciplinary learning materials and educational experiences for undergraduate and graduate-level classes at UCLA. She’s also experienced in generating educational content to accompany documentary films and other visual projects. She has written scripts for interactive web documentaries, created a dozen study guides for ethnographic films by Elemental Productions, and published numerous books, articles, essays, and creative non-fiction.

Eduardo Barcellos
Eddie is a Brazilian-born tech entrepreneur who has lived in the US and Europe. He started exploring blockchain technologies in 2013 and gradually became more interested in the space. In 2018, his company started running validation services for delegated Proof of Stake and now validates on over 15 chains. He advises blockchain projects and established chains in different capacities, including Polygon and Near Network. Eddie brings to GSM his relationships in the space and knowledge of the technology and is frequently involved in discussions with our tech partners.

John Oetjen
John is an award-winning producer and production executive and has consulted for a number of production companies advising on issues of production management, business affairs and business development for clients such as Equitable, TIAA, National Lampoon, Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC Television Network, NBC News, Adore Creative and Oxford Analytica. As a producer he has won numerous awards: a Grammy, Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, MTV award, Billboard Award and London International Award among others. John has his Masters in Business Management from Oxford University where he was awarded an Overseas Research Scholarship and was elected class president. He also received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in Communications where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received a full scholarship from the National Association of Television Program Executives.
